From June 5 to 7 we were at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, joining the Opto 96 class for their 30-year reunion.
It was three days of colleagues who graduated together and are now spread across the island, many of them running their own practices. For us it was a privilege to be there: a good part of this industry in Puerto Rico rests on that generation.
It was not a work event, and that was welcome. Lenses came up, of course, but mostly what came up were the thirty years in between.
Congratulations, Opto 96. Thank you for letting us be part of it.
