On June 24 we opened the doors of our lab in Caguas for a free dispensing training workshop. Sales staff, dispensers, and optical shop teams came from across the island.
The idea was simple: dispensing is where the patient experience is won or lost, and almost nobody trains for it formally. So we built the session around three things.

We like doing this here rather than in a rented room, because when it ends people can watch the machines running. Understanding how a lens is surfaced changes the way you explain it at the counter.
