PR Optics is a digital optical laboratory located in Puerto Rico that manufactures ophthalmic lenses with state-of-the-art freeform technology. Founded in 2022 by medical specialists.
Our industrial facilities are at ANGORA INDUSTRIAL PARK, Highway 1 Building H, Km 33.3, Caguas, PR 00725.
We are 100% manufacturers. We are not distributors or intermediaries. All our lenses are manufactured at our facilities in Caguas.
02 / ONBOARDING
The process has 4 steps: Initial contact, platform registration (10 min), training (30-45 min), and first order. Total: Less than 90 minutes of your time.
No. PR Optics does not require contracts or exclusivity agreements.
03 / PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
We handle the most complete range: CR-39, Polycarbonate, Trivex, Hi-Index 1.60, 1.67, and 1.74, all in Digital Freeform surfacing.
Yes, our exclusive ClaraPRO™ line includes high-durability superhydrophobic anti-reflective coatings applied locally in Caguas.
04 / ORDERING SYSTEM
Through our B2B digital platform or by integrating your Practice Management Software (PMS) directly with our laboratory.
Yes, you can see exactly which production phase your lens is in (surfacing, coating, mounting) from your dashboard.
05 / LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
Uncut (unmounted): 24h. Full Service (mounted): 3 to 5 business days. We are the fastest laboratory on the island.
Yes, we have our own courier service and logistics agreements that cover 100% of Puerto Rico's municipalities.
06 / BILLING & PAYMENTS
We offer bi-weekly or monthly billing for corporate accounts following a credit evaluation.

CR-39/Hard coat lenses: 1 year against defects. Anti-reflective: 1 year against delamination. Progressives: 90-day adaptation period.
